easy crab ceviche

Ingredients
1 lb. Imitation crab meat10 lemons3 Tomatoes2 large cucumberssalt for tasteoptional: 1/2 lb. pre cooked coctail shrimp 1 large white onion Tostada tortillas
Directions
Shred crab meat then cut and juice lemons, combine in large bowl; if using shrimp add them at this time. Set in refridgerator. Cut tomatoes, cucumber, and onion combine these to the bowl. Refridgerat an additional 30 min. Add salt to taste. Eat as is or on top of tostada tortillas.
