Ingredients
4-med. onions,4- med.red bell peppers,3-garlic cloves,8oz.fresh mushrooms,1-cup of crushed can tomatoes,1-tblsp virgin olive oil,3-tblsp of balsamic vinegar,8oz. of water,1-tsp of low salt,i-tblsp of mrs.dash original seasoning.
Directions
sautee onions in olive oil,add sliced mushrooms,sliced peppers add water when veggies loose there firmness add all seasonings and sauce cook on low flame on top stove in covered skillet,stir occasionally cook for 1 hour.some times i like to add chicken breast cut into strips or thin sausage links i use(italian chicken sausage links) there very tastey.you could also put it over rice.
