Pantry Chicken Chili in the Crockpot

Ingredients
1 12.5 oz. can of cooked chicken2 16 oz cans of Great Northern (cannellini) beans, rinsed and drained.25 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic.5 tsp ground cuminsalt & pepper to tastesour cream (optional)shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
In your slowcooker, combine all ingredients listed above, except optional sour cream and cheese. Cover and cook on low setting 5-6 hours, or high 3-4. Remember that all ingredients are already cooked...You are just warming chili through and allowing flavors to combine.

If desired, top with a tablespoon of light sour cream and a sprinkle of low-fat shredded cheese (not included in nutritional information). Makes 4 generous servings.
