1 can chick peas rinsed and drained1/4 cup tahini(sesame seed paste)1/4 cup water2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice4 tsp olive oil1 tbsp fresh parsley3/4 tsp minced garlic
Directions
In a food processor,combine chickpeas,tahini,water,lemon juice,oil,parsley and garlic:process until creamy and smooth.
