pumpkin pie.... the healthy way

Ingredients
1/2 of a 29oz. can of pumpkin3/4 tbs or so of pumpkin pie spice1 12oz. can of fat free evaporated milk3/4 cup splenda... or just under1/2 cup egg beatersand one 9" pie crust
Directions
mix ingredients and poor into pie shell. bake at 425 for 15 mins and another 50 or so till you can slide a knife in and it pulls out clean.... i used a glass pie pan and it took a little longer than expected...
