Low-Fat Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 6 ounce can chunk light tuna, drained2 tbsp diced onion2 tbsp reduced-fat mayo1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp minced flat-leaf parsley1/8 tsp saltDash of hot sauce, TabascoGround pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve on whole wheat toast or english muffin. Great as a tuna melt on toast or muffin, cover with reduced fat cheddar and place in oven on broil for 5 minutes to melt cheese. Bread and cheese are not included in nutrion calculations.
