Ingredients

    Ahi tuna - sushi grade
    black and white sesame seeds
    extra virgin olive oil
    Spike natural seasoning

Directions

Pat tuna dry. Brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Spike. Sear for apx. 30 seconds per side in a very hot saute pan. Cooks well on a George Forman type grill. Tuna is best when raw in center.
