YUMMY Pepperoni snacks

Ingredient list below is per person!1 serving of Reduced Fat Wheat thins (about 17)1 oz of reduced fat mild cheddar cut into 17 thin, little squares9 turkey pepperoni slices cut in half
I usually make this recipe in my toaster oven for just one person at a time, but I have made it in the oven on a cookie sheet for a larger number of people!
1. Preheat toaster oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place wheat thins on the toaster oven cookie sheet.
3. Top each wheat thin with 1/2 a pepperoni and a square of cheese.
4. Place cookie sheet in toaster oven and wait about 2-3 minutes.
5. They are ready when the cheese is melted, don't overcook...they aren't as yummy when the cheese gets too toasty!
6. Immediately scoop off the cookie sheet with a spatula and onto your plate. In a few seconds they are cool enough to eat with your fingers, but warm enough to be yummy.
My three year old likes for me to prepare everything and let her "assemble" these onto the cookie sheet.
