Scrambled Egg

Ingredients
1 large egg1 egg white3 Tbsp. Onion3 Tbsp. Green Pepper3 Tbsp. canned mushroom pieces3 large black olives3 oz. low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Beat together 1 egg and 1 egg white. Mix in mushroom pieces and black olives. Add to frying pan, stirring to cook evenly. Add low fat cheddar cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
