Ingredients
1 Tub of Cool Whip Free1 large can of PumpkinPumpkin SpiceCinnamon1 Large package of Vanilla Sugar Free/Fat Free Instant Pudding1 Cup Skim milk (to your liking)
Directions
Make sure that cool whip is thawed. Mix Cool whip, pudding mix, pumpkin and milk in a large mixing bowl. Start with 1 cup of milk. If you like a less thick pudding, add more milk. Once all of that is mixed together, add pumpkin spice and cinnamon to taste.

    The nutritional information cannot be corret. It says it serves 1 and only has 25 calories? One cup of milk has more. The recipe sounds great though. - 3/11/07
