Wild Rice Hot Dish

1/2 cup uncooked wild rice1 1/2 cup uncooked brown rice4 cups Swanson 99% fat free Chicken broth2 Cups Sliced or chopped Mushrooms2 Cups Chopped Celery1 large Onion Chopped1 Tbls Canola Oil2 Tbls flour1 Cup Water1 Cup Skim Milk
In small sauce pan on top of stove combine wild rice and 1 cup Chicken broth. Simmer until tender. In seperate pan or rice cooker, combine brown rice and remaining three cups broth, cook until done.
Meanwhile saute mushrooms, onions, and celery in oil until tender crisp. Dissolve 2 Tbls flour in water, and add to pan. Stir until thickend, remove from heat. Add one cup milk, and rice. Bake at 350 degrees until warm and bubbly.
