Fried apples with Cheese

Ingredients
1 large apple, washed, seeded and sliced2 tsp. canola oil1 oz (1/4 c) shredded cheddar cheese2 tbl chopped pecans
Directions
Heat oil in skillet while preparing apple. Fry the apple until just tender--about 6 min. Sprinkle the cheese and nuts over the apples after transferring the apples to a large plate.
If you like this a little sweeter, you can drizzle it with 4 tsp. honey. But that adds more sugar calories.
