Spinach and Tomato w/Chicken

2 oz spinach2 cloves garlic1 small plum tomato, diced3 oz skinless chicken breast, shredded1 tsp olive oil1 tsp red pepper flakes1 tsp rosemarySalt and pepper to tasteHardware:A chef's knifeA chopping boardA sautee pan or wokA slotted spoonMeasuring cupsYour trusty food scale
1) Measure your spinach on the scale.
2) Shred your chicken and measure.
3) Dice your tomato.
4) Mince your garlic.
5) Mince your rosemary.
6) Heat your pan or wok on medium high and coat its bottom with olive oil.
7) Add all ingredients to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and spinach is wilted.
8) Serve. Makes one serving.
