Buffalo Chik'n Sandwich - Vegetarian

Ingredients
2 vegetarian "chicken" patties2 hamburger buns2 lettuce leaves2 tomato slices1/4 c. shredded cheese3 tbsp. promise fat-free margarine1 tbsp. hot sauce
Directions
1. Bake vegetarian "chicken" patties in oven according to package directions.
2. When patties are finished baking, remove from oven and place hamburger buns in oven to warm.
3. Mix margarine and hot sauce in bowl to make buffalo sauce, then place a pattie in the bowl. Flip to cover the whole pattie in the sauce. Cover the other pattie in the same manner.
4. Remove buns from oven and place one buffalo "chicken" pattie on each bun. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
5. Enjoy!
