Strawana smooth smoothie

Ingredients
1 Cup plain low fat yogurt1 fresh banana1 Cup strawberries frozen1 Tbs. Flax seed oil
Directions
Add yogurt and banana to blender. Blend until smooth. While you are blending add flax seed oil. Stop blending and add strawberries, blend until smooth.
