Turkey sheppards pie

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkeyi large onion, diced6 small potatoes, or 5 medium. dicedfrozen peas and carrots, 1 cup2 tbsp flour1 cup chicken broth2 tbsp margarine,1/4 cup nonfat milk
Directions
First put your potatoes on to boil until fork tender, meanwhile put onions in a hot oil skillet and saute until soft the put in grd turkey and brown unitl no longer pink. then put in 2 tbsp flour and add 1 cup of broth and stir in the peas and carrots and cook together until veggie are tender and the gravy a little thick. then place in a cassorle dish spray with pam. and mash the potatoes with margarine and milk and pepper (salt if prefur) place in oven at 400 degrees and bake until potatoes are brown then serve. with a salad

    It was perfect for St Patrick's Day dinner. I would maybe add some worchester sauce to add a bit more flavor, but it was very good as is!! - 3/20/10
