Chicken Broth, 1 1/2 cup Milk, nonfat, 1 1/2cup flour, 3/4 cuppoultry seasoning, 1/2 tsponion flakes, 1/4 tspgarlic powder, 1/4 tsp Pepper to taste
Boil chicken broth, 1/2 cup of milk, and seasonings.
Whisk together remaining milk and flour. Add to boiling mixture. Whisk continuously until thickened. Remove from heat to cool. Freeze for future uses.
Makes the equivalant of 2 cans. Use in any recipe as directed. To make soup, 1 part condensed soup to 1 part milk or water.
