Almond and flax meal pudding/ muffin

Ingredients
1 beaten egg1 tablesp ground almonds1 tablesp ground flax seeds (flax meal)1 tablesp heavy cream1 teasp Splenda sweetener (to your taste)or moreYour choice of spices/ nuts/ dried fruit/ chocolate chips or flavouring syrup or try grated cheese and herb!
Directions
Using a small dish (no gold decoration) Stir the dry ingredients into the wet and microwave for 1 minute (in an 850 microwave)
Alternatively, make up a batch of them as you would muffins and bake.
