12.5 carb Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Praline Crust3 tbsp melted butter1 cup ground walnuts1 cup sugar substitute (I used Altern- WalMarts brand of Splenda)dash of salt1/2 tsp cinnamonPie Filling1.75 cups of canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling just plain pumpkin)3/4 cups sugar substitute (Altern)1tb of pumpkin pie spice, plus a dash1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream4 eggs
Directions
Mix the crust ingredients in a small bowl. Press it evenly into the bottom and on the sides of a pie pan. Bake for about 5 minutes at 350 or until the crust is slightly browned. Remove from the oven.


Mix the filling together and pour into the pre-baked crust. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 or until a knife in the center comes out clean.

Makes eight servings for 12.5 carbs per serving
