Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups All Bran Cereal2 Cups Boiling Water1/2 Cup oil1/2 cup applesauce2 cups sugar4 eggs, beaten4 cups white flour1 cup whole wheat flour5 tsp soda2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon4 cups bran flakes1 qt buttermilk
Directions
Pour boiling wtare over all brand and let stand. Add sugar, oil and applesauce. Mix. Then add eggs and bran flakes. Mix. Alternate flour mixture and buttermilk. Mixture thickens as it stands. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
Store in fridge in airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
