Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Canola Oil4 Eggs2 Cups Splenda6 Cups Old Fashion Oats4 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Salt1 Tbsp Cinnamon2 Cups Milk (nonfat)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the ordered listed. Pour into a "greased" 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 22-25 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes 12, 3/4-cup servings.

Can refrigerate over night before baking.

Options: Try adding Raisins, or Dried Cranberries, and/or Nuts.
