3 1/2 cups Flour2 1/3 cups Quick or Old Fashioned Oats1 3/4 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Ground Cinnamon1 1/2 tsp Salt3 1/2 sticks Butter, softened1 3/4 cups Sugar1 3/4 cups Brown Sugar1 can Pumpkin2 Eggs1 3/4 tsp Vanilla2 cups Chocolate Chips
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Makes 120 small cookies.

    they were good. Way too much butter for my personal preferance. Replaced the butter with apple sauce instead. Still very moist but also very chewy - 11/6/10

    made these cookies twice.melt in your mouth,moist! i have added everything from peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips,toffee bits, toasted almonds, black walnuts, great in any combination, alsoadded 1 tsp ginger, and 1 tsp nutmeg, to make original pumpkin pie taste...indescribbubbly delish. thank - 12/13/09
