Taco flat bread Wrap

Ingredients
1 Flatout wrap ( I like the Itailan herb)2T Catsup, low sodium 1\4 cup Kraft Free shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp of low sodium taco seasoning 2 T chopped Onions1/4 C shredded lettuce3 small slices tomato
Directions
Top a Flatout wrap with catsup,
Then seasoning, cheese and onions. Put in microwave for 1min. Or if you aren't in a hurry and like a firm bread bake in oven until cheese is melted. After heated open and add tomatoes and lettuce. 1 serving
