Healthy Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla1/2 cup egg substitutue2 tbsp brown rice, cooked1/4 cup chopped lettuce2 tbsp salsaseasoning blend (emerils)olive oil cooking spray
Directions
If you have prepared your rice ahead of time and it is cold in the refrigerator, heat it up in the microwave. Take a pan (the size of your tortilla), light coat with the cooking spray and slightly warm the tortillaon both sides. Place the warmtortilla on a plate and top with the brown rice. Again, lightly coat the pan with the cooking spray and cook the egg substitute with the seasoning of your choice. Place the eggs on the tortilla, then top with the lettuce and salsa. Wrap it up and Enjoy
