Low Cholestrol Pumpkin Pie

29 oz can of Libby's Pumpkin2- 12 oz cans of 2% evaporated Milk1 1/2 cups Splenda1 tsp salt Substitute2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground cloves1 cup egg substitute2 unbaked 9 inch Pie shells.
Mix splenda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl.
Beat Egg substitute in Large bowl. stir in Pumpkin and sugar, spice mixture. gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into Pie Shells.Bake in preheated oven 425* oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350*, bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes our clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve or refrigerate.
Yields 2 pies 8 pieces each for 16 servings
