Ingredients
2 8oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese2 cups 1% Milk2 small boxes Jello sugar free Lemon Pudding1 8oz Cool Whip Free4 Murrays sugar free shortbread cookies
Directions
Soften cream cheese. Blend cream cheese & milk. Mix in cool whip. Blend in pudding Mix. Crumble cookies over the top. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Pretty good, next time I will actually follow directions...I didn't and it came out lumpy. But still tastes yummy. Also it's too much to fill a grahm cracker pie crust...but I didn't mind the leftovers with just a spoon!!! - 12/8/08
