Marinated Tuna Steaks

4 - 3 oz tuna steaks3 T soy sauce1/4 cup lime juice (or juice of 1/2 a lime)1 T rice vinegar1T sesame oilpinch of dried red pepper flakes6 thin slices of peeled fresh ginger2 crushed garlic cloves
Combine marindate ingredients in glass baking dish and add tuna steaks. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but not more than 6 hours, turning fish once or twice. Bring fish to room temperature. Grill on preheated grill, not more than 5 minutes per side, basting with marinade. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Serves 4.
