Ingredients
100 gram fried chicken breast thawed and sliced200 gram frozen green beans cut into 1 inch pieces15 gram Lurpak salted butter3 cloves garlic sliced 150 gram tomatoSalt to taste
Directions
Fry the chicken and garlic until golden in the butter
Add the green beans stir until hot.

Dice the tomatoes and lay them in a circle on a plate and put the chicken in the middle.

    Sounds good, but I would only make with fresh green beans as I just don't like the texture and flavor of frozen green beans. I would also likely substitute olive oil for the butter. Save a couple of calories. - 10/3/08
