Chhilled Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
3 large peeled cukes14 oz can fat free, low sodium chicken broth1 1/2 C. fat free sour cream1 1/2 tbl. white wine vinegar1 clove garlic1/2 C. chopped green onions1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper1/2 C. toasted almonds
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
