Homemade veggie bean soup

Ingredients
3 stalks leeks (including stems)3 med fresh tomatoes1/2 c. broccoli1/2 c. onion12 baby carrots1 c. red cabbage 1 c. green pepper3 tbsp. salsa (low salt)3 oz extra lean beef1 1/2 c. red kidney beans1 1/2 c lima beans (white flat beans)1 1/2 ttbsp flaxseed 30 gm.salt free beef broullion powder2 tsp garlic1 tsp black pepper 2 tsp coriander seed1 tsp celery seedWater to fell large dutch oven pot
Directions
Brown ground beef and microwave or stir fry in no oil substitue and set aside
cut all veggies and put in large pot along with the seasonings
Cook until veggies are tender but not overcooked
Add Beef
Just about 5 minutes before serving, add the beans.
This recipe serves 14 cups.
