Mandii's Famous Potato Salad

Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Celery, raw, 1.5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3/4 cupYellow Mustard, 1 tspCider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 3 tspMilk, 1 fl oz Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dash
Chop up the potatoes and celery as you like it (big, small, slices, chunks). Mix all other ingredients into a bowl and stir them together really well. Taste to make sure its right for you, sometimes (depending on my mood) I'll add a little more of an ingredient here or there. Add the dressing to the chopped up celery and potatoes and voila! Best damn potato salad you'll ever have!! You can also had eggs, they taste great with it!
I usually make 4x this recipe because I have a large family (about 40-60 show up to cookouts) It serves 8-10 depending on how much you like it. For this I did the division by 8.
