2 links turkey breakfast sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces1 small potato, cut into 1 inch cubes1 small apple, cut into 1 inch cubes1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion1 to 2 tsp. packed brown sugar (or more to taste)
Coat non stick skillet with Pam. Add all ingredients to skillet and cook until potatoes, sausage, and onion are browned and tender (about 15 minutes). Serves 1.
