1 can corn1 can kidney beans1 can black beans1 can garbonzo beans - or whatever you have on hand1 4oz can/ or fresh hot chile peppers1lb cooked turkey meat - we like smoking drum sticks for this recipe but can also brown some ground turkey too. 2 cups chicken broth.25 tsp chile powder1tsp cilantro choppped fine1 tsp ground cuminsalt and pepper to taste
If you are using ground trukey, brown the turkey, then add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to mingle. Can also be made in a crock pot and left for many hours.
