Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 ½ cups Self Raising Flour½ cup wholemeal flour1 tsp soda1 tsp cinnamon½ tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp salt 1 cup brown sugar¼ cup milk3 small mashed bananas3/4 cup applesauce1 large egg1 tbsp oil1 tsp vanilla
Directions
1. Lightly mix the dry ingredients.
2. Mix the sugar and wet ingredients with a mixer until they are frothy (1-2 minutes)
3. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and stir in the wet ingredients until just mixed.
4. Bake in lined mini muffin tins at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
5. Makes about 48 muffins, with 4-5 tsp batter in each muffin cup.
