Simple Bean Soup (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
2 lbs dry navy beans1 ham bone1 lb baby carrots1 tbsp saltcelery optionalother seasonings optionalserve diced onions along with white or apple cider vinegar (go easy!) for toppers
Directions
Add beans, bone, carrots and seasonings to crock pot. Cover all with water, making sure to cover the beans with at least 2 inches of water. I recommend more than the bag suggests.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Top with diced onion and a splash of vinegar
