2 lbs.ground turkey breast (or extra lean ground beef).2 cups oatmeal, uncooked4 egg whites16 ozs/ can nas tomato sauce1 large onion, finely chopped1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Oregano1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Basil1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Thyme1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Garlic powder*nsa - no sodium added.
1. Mix ground turkey, uncooked oatmeal, egg whites, tomato sauce, finely chopped onions, garlic, and spices.
2. Divide into 2 loaves. Place into 2 bread/meatloaf dishes.
3. Bake at 350 for 60 min.
