Shepherd's Pie w/ ground turkey

2 pounds ground turkey1 large onion, chopped1Tbsp. McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning1 can creamed corn2 cans whole kernel corn10 medium potatoes (about 4-5 pounds), peeled and boiled2/3 cup margarine1/3 cup light sour cream1 cup skim milkblack pepper and parsley to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet with the onions. Transfer to large casserole dish. Sprinkle steak seasoning on meat.
2. Spread creamed corn and whole kernel corn evenly on top of meat.
3. Drain potatoes and add milk, margarine and sour cream. Salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Mash to desired consistancy. Spread evenly on top of corn.
4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bubbly around the egdes and hot in the middle.
