Quick & Simple Buffalo Chicken Bites

Ingredients
Boneless Chicken Breast no skin - cut into bite sided piecesCooking SprayHot Pepper Sauce - 2 tsp or more to tasteBlack Pepper - dash to tasteGarlic Powder - 1 tsp. or to tasteCayene Pepper - dash to tasteadd other spices to taste - I have also added Onion Powder, oregano, basil, etc.
Directions
Use medium fry pan, coat generously with cooking spray.
Add Hot Pepper Sauce into pan.
Add spices to chicken to side going into the sauce. Add additional spices to top once in pan.
Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Turn chicken over and saute additional 2-3 minute.

Serve with rice baked potatoe or fresh steamed vegetables.

Serves 1-2 with minimal calories for major flavor.
