Ingredients
(1) Thomas Mini Bagel (100 Calorie plain or 120 calorie Whole Wheat)(1) Laughing Cow Cheese Light wedge(1) Roma tomato, sliced(1/4-1/2 cup) Egg Beater or other egg SubstituePepper
Directions
Microwave desired amount of egg substitute according to directions
Slice Tomato
Split Bagel open
Spread cheese on each half
Add egg substitute to each half
Add a couple slices of the Roma tomato to top
Sprinkle Pepper to taste



Savor two delicious halves or combine to make a thick bagel sandwich. 2-3 WW points (depending on the bagel)




WANT FEWER CALORIES? spread only half of the cheese wedge between the two halves, save the remaining for tomorrow; use only 1/4 of egg substitute; make sure to use 100 calorie bagel, as it also lots of fiber; or just eat one half & save the other half for tomorrow. ENJOY!
