Ingredients
Buitoni, Light Four Cheese Ravioli, 2.5 Cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup *Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Marinara, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) thawed and drained
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Combine all ingredients and bring to soft boil until ravioli is floating and onions are transparent. Divide into 4 soup bowls.
If you have room for extra calories top with 1 T spoon of parmesan cheese.

    I think the recipes should include
    sodium on the print out
    1034 gr of sodium for 1 cup of soup
    Seniors are only suppose to have
    1500
    But even so for a 2000cal
    sodium should only be 2300gr
    you a hamburger with trimmings
    I believe you would high sodium
