Basic Tuna and Cheese Sandwich

1 can tuna, drained2 Tbsp light mayo5 dill pickle spears1/8 tsp paprika (or other seasonings if you prefer), to taste3 slices cheese6 slices reduced-calorie wheat bread
Start by chopping up pickles into a smaller size, whatever your preference might be. Drain excess liquid.
Next, in a bowl mix tuna, pickles, paprika, and mayonnaise until mixed thoroughly. Add any additional seasonings to taste.
Toast bread. Put one slice of cheese on on of the pieces of toast and add tuna mixture (about 2 Tbsp should be enough).
Put together and enjoy! :o)
Makes about 3 sandwiches. Can be used to make more if you divide out the tuna mixture into smaller portions.
