Ingredients
4 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts 2 cups cooked brocolli (chopped) 2 8oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup 1 8oz cup sour cream 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (make into fine crumbs)
Directions
Cook (boil) chicken until done. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pull apart chicken. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together, except cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix well. Place into a 9x13 casserole dish, spread evenly. Top with cracker crumbs, add cheese. Place in oven for aprox. 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden. This goes great with mashed potatoes and rolls.
