Polish Sausage & Cabbage

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/2 onion, chopped1 med head cabbage sliced thinly1 lb lite smoked sausage, halved & slicedPepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil over med heat add onions, cook 2-3 minutes until softened. Add cabbage & sausage, cover then reduce heat to simmer. Cook 5-7 min or until cabbage is wilted & sausage warmed through, stirring occasionally.

    So good! Used more cabbage & onion and less sausage(personal preference). Added a garlic clove and a pinch of basil. As suggested I added a little chicken broth. So much flavor for so few ingredients.
