Baked potato florentine

Ingredients
I medium baked potato w/ skin1/2 c. chopped cooked spinach1 T. margarine like spread1 T. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bake potato as desired. Top with spinach, margarine, and cheese. Salt and pepper as desired. Pop in microwave till all are hot.
