Mom's Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
16 oz box elbow macaroni1 package frozen peas1 peeled cucumber, chopped4 stalk celery, chopped.5 cup mayo1 tbsp celery salt (or to taste)5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Directions
Boil pasta as per usual. Just before straining, add the frozen peas, just to blanche, then drain altogether.

In a large bowl, mix macaroni, peas, cucumber, celery, chopped eggs and celery salt. Add mayonnaise to moisten.

Best if chilled at least an hour. This can serve at least ten, probably more if it's not the main dish.
