1.5 pounds of chicken breast, thin sliced0.5 cup vigo seasoned italian bread crumbs1 fresh egg( large)
Directions
heat oven to 400, beat egg dip each piece into egg wash then into bread crumbs bake for 15 or until done and juices run clear

    I made somthing like this, if you use two egg, minus the yolk,(egg whites) you'll have less cholesterol and fat. Hope this helps :) - 10/12/08
