Gouda Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter, melted2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour1 cup 1% milk2 oz. Gouda cheese, shredded1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheeseonion powder to taste1 large baking potato, raw, peeled and sliced thinly6 (7g) multi-grain croutons, crumbed
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour. and onion powder. Add milk; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses and potatoes. Pour into 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbs over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or unti bubbly. If desired, garnish with chopped chives. Tip: Potatoes may be cooked bfore combining with other ingredients. Reduce baking time to 30-35 minutes.
