No Sugar Added Apple Crisp

Ingredients
5-6 peeled and sliced medium apples1 C plus 3 T splenda2 T cinnamon spice1 C flour1 t. baking powder3/4 t salt1/2 cup chopped pecans (nutrition info calculated without pecans)1 egg1/3 C Margarine or Butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9" inch by 1 inch deep glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. Coat apples with 3 Tablespoons of splenda and cinnamon and layer in pan. Combine flour, splenda, baking powder, salt and optional pecans. Add unbeated egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apples. Pour melted butter over top and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

Options: I had so many apples I had to use a 9x13 inch pan and double the topping.
