Cheesy Veggie Calzone

Ingredients
2 cups shredded 2% or FF mozz. cheese1 Cup part skim or FF ricotta1 can sliced mushrooms1/2 red bell pepper (or any color you like)1 tsp garlic powderSalt and Pepper to taste1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheesepizza crust dough (store bought)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except the dough.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. you can make 8 single serve pizzas or pockets, or 4 larger pockets that can get served in halves. Roll pizza dough into circles. divide cheese/veggie mixture evenly on each of the divided dough circles. fold over dough circles to create a half moon shape. fold edges to seal cheese in. don't forget to make a slit in the top, so it doesnt explode! Sprinkle a little more parmesan on top if you like. Bake at 400 degrees F until golden brown, approx. 20 mins. Let cool (cheese will be VERY HOT), and ENJOY! These things are a meal in themselves!
