honey whole wheat bread for breadmaker

Ingredients
2 -1lb loaves 11/3 Cup Milk 1/4 Cup water 2 Tble spoons Honey 4 teaspoons of butter or margarine 2 Cups Whole wheat flour 2 Cups white flour 1 teaspoon salt 11/4 teaspoon yeast. On my bread machine I use 15 which is for dough. After it has raised once I take it out and knead , split into 2 loaves put into greased 1 lb loave pans( 8 1/2 x4 1/2x2 5/8 )Bake in 350 degree oven until sides pull away from pan and it will give a hollow sound when you tap. I use oleo or butter to coat the top after it comes out of the oven to keep it soft.

    I prefer homemade bread, so I like this recipe. It was a little plain I might add more honey next time to bring up the flavor. - 11/1/09
